Amazing location walkable to both beaches & all main restaurants/shops. Tucked away in a quiet area so it’s a peaceful sleep. Rooms are beautiful, spacious & have everything you need. We had breakfast included in our stay which was amazing, we could choose from the restaurant menu & the breakfast can also be eaten in the room which was lovely. Staff are so lovely & go above & beyond to help & will organise any transport/ advice for anything in the area.
One of the best finds in Sri Lanka! Everything was amazing but special shout out to the best breakfast. The food we’ve eaten at Beldon was the best food we’ve had in Sri Lanka. Must try the prawn curry, dhal and roti.

Stayed at Beldon Boutique Hotel recently and had the most amazing time! I was in the Olu Bungalow, which was super luxurious with its own private plunge pool — such a treat after a day out in Hiriketiya. The room was really well equipped too, with tea/coffee making facilities, a TV, a comfy lounge bed, and all the little amenities you’d expect. The best part was how calm and serene it felt, even though it’s right in the middle of Hiriketiya.
The hotel itself is beautifully designed, very Geoffrey Bawa-inspired, and the vibe is just perfect. We had lunch at the restaurant and the seafood rice was incredible! Loved that they serve Lavazza coffee and even a few cocktails at the bar.
Location is spot on — just a short walk to the beach, surf points, and places like Smoke & Bitters and Dots Bay House. Honestly, it’s the perfect mix of luxury, comfort, and convenience.
