  1. Rates, Payments, Taxes and Refunds

3.1 All rates displayed on the website are subject to change without prior notice.
3.2 Accepted payment methods will be specified during the booking process.
3.3 All applicable government taxes, statutory levies, and service charges will be disclosed prior to payment and are subject to change in accordance with prevailing regulations. Guests are responsible for settling all such charges.
3.4 Refunds, where applicable, shall be processed strictly in accordance with the applicable cancellation policy. Approved refunds will be processed within twenty-one (21) working days, less any applicable bank or transaction charges, using the original payment method.

4.1 Check-in and check-out times, maximum occupancy limits, and house rules are communicated during the booking process and/or upon arrival.
4.2 Guests agree to comply with all house rules, including noise, safety, and property usage guidelines.
4.3 Failure to comply may result in termination of stay without refund.

5.1 Guests are responsible for any loss, damage, or breakage caused during their stay.
5.2 Beldon Hotels reserves the right to recover repair, replacement, or additional cleaning costs.
5.3 Beldon Hotels shall not be liable for loss or theft of personal belongings.

 

  1. Guest Conduct and Right to Refuse Service

6.1 Guests must conduct themselves in a respectful and lawful manner.
6.2 Beldon Hotels reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a stay without refund in the event of misconduct, illegal activity, or safety concerns.

 

  1. Children, Safety and Use of Facilities

7.1 Children must be supervised at all times by a parent or guardian.
7.2 Use of facilities including pools, balconies, stairways, and outdoor areas is at the guest’s own risk.
7.3 Beldon Hotels shall not be liable for injuries arising from misuse or lack of supervision.

 

  1. Force Majeure

Beldon Hotels shall not be liable for failure or delay due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, government actions, pandemics, strikes, power or utility failures.
